Wednesday Together โ€” A community for therapist-mothers
A weekly community

She holds everyone.
Who holds her?

Wednesday Together is a weekly community for licensed relationship therapists who are also mothers, wives, and practice owners โ€” women holding the emotional weight of clients all day, then coming home to hold everything there too.

The practice. The kids. The marriage. The household.
Yourself, somewhere in the margins.

The intersection no one sees

You're not struggling because you're weak.

You're doing three full-time jobs at once โ€” clinician, business owner, mother โ€” and every professional community you've tried only sees one of them.

You don't need someone who gets the mom part. Or the therapist part. Or the practice-owner part. You need someone who gets you โ€” at the intersection of all of it.

That intersection is invisible in most professional communities:

  • i. Business coaches don't get clinical ethics.
  • ii. Consultation groups don't touch the business side.
  • iii. Mom communities don't speak your professional language.
  • iv. And none of them understand what it costs you to show up fully for everyone else, every single day.

Wednesday Together is the first community built specifically for that intersection โ€” where you don't have to explain yourself before you can be understood.

Who this is for

If you live at this intersection, this is your room.

  • A licensed therapist โ€” working from a systemic, relational lens with couples and relationships.
  • A practice owner or builder โ€” running it, growing it, or actively building it.
  • A mother โ€” whatever stage, whatever ages.
  • A woman โ€” who wants business, clinical, and personal support in one room.

If three out of four describe you, you're in the right place.

A different kind of room

Traditional consultation vs. Wednesday Together.

Same hour on your calendar. Two completely different experiences.

Traditional Peer Consultation

  • Clinical cases only
  • Mixed group โ€” any specialty, any life stage
  • You leave the mom and business-owner parts at the door
  • Focused on ethics and case conceptualization
  • Often feels like an obligation

Wednesday Together

  • Clinical, business, and personal โ€” all in one room
  • Every member is a mom, a relationship therapist, and a practice owner or builder
  • You bring your whole self
  • Focused on making you better at all three roles
  • The one meeting a week you'll actually look forward to
What you get

A room. A list. A circle of women who get it.

i. The room

Weekly 60-minute group

Wednesdays at 1pm EST, capped at 16 members. Big enough for community. Small enough for vulnerability. Everyone has a voice.

ii. The audience

Quarterly spotlight to 10,000+ subscribers

Aly's email list is full of people actively looking for relationship therapists. As a member, she features you once per quarter.

One Instagram story Aly posted about a member therapist brought her three new paying clients from a single post. Imagine what an email feature does.
iii. The conversation

Targeted discussions, every week

Clinical questions, business strategy, personal life, marriage, motherhood. The agenda meets you where you are that week โ€” not where a curriculum says you should be.

iv. The relationships

Peer community, not supervision

This isn't supervision, it isn't coaching, and it isn't therapy. It's something rarer: genuine collegial community with women who are in it with you. No comparison. No competition.

Your facilitators

Two women who live this intersection too.

A

Aly Bullock, LMFT

Co-founder & Lead Facilitator

Aly runs a private coaching practice and has built an online following of over 700,000 individuals seeking real, grounded relationship guidance. She's held Head of Relationships roles at leading relationship companies, built her online business from the ground up, kept her clinical credentials current, and loves leading groups. Mom of three. Wife.

C

Christina Holyoak, LMFT

Co-founder & Lead Facilitator

Christina runs Lighthouse Family Therapy, where she leads a team of clinicians and serves as an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. She holds dual licensure and is deeply clinically focused. Mom of two. Wife.

What members are saying

From women already in the room.

"

I didn't realize how much I was performing in every other professional space until I sat down in this one. This is the only hour of my week that's actually for me.

"

I came for the business support. I stayed because these women understand what it's like to hold a couple in crisis and then go pick up a kid with a fever โ€” on the same day.

โ€” Founding Member
"

Wednesday Together makes me a better therapist, a better mom, and a better wife. I didn't think one meeting a week could do that.

A note on attendance.

Sessions aren't recorded โ€” what makes this room valuable is the live presence of the women in it. We hope you can make most Wednesdays at 1pm EST, but life happens, and missing a session here and there is part of being a working mom. The community, the referrals, and the relationships are still yours.

A note for your bookkeeper.

Wednesday Together is a professional development and peer consultation membership โ€” a fully deductible business expense for your practice.

Honest questions

A few you might be asking.

I barely have time for what I already do. How do I add one more thing?

This is the one thing on your calendar designed to give you energy back, not take it. Sixty minutes, once a week, where you don't have to be the one holding the room. Members tell us it's the meeting they protect most.

How is this different from the consultation group or mastermind I already tried?

Every other community asks you to bring one part of yourself. This one is built on the assumption that the parts are inseparable โ€” that you can't actually grow your practice without addressing the toddler tantrum that derailed your morning, and you can't actually be present at bedtime without a place to put what your 4pm couple brought into the room. We treat the whole picture because the whole picture is the only thing that's real.

Do I have to be a couples therapist?

Yes. Wednesday Together is for therapists working from a systemic, relational lens with couples and relationships. The niche is the point โ€” it's what makes the room useful instead of generic.

What if I'm still building my practice, not running an established one?

You're welcome here. "Practice owner or practice builder" includes the building. We've structured the room to support women at every stage of growth.

What happens if I miss a session?

You're a working mom โ€” of course you'll miss some. Sessions aren't recorded because the live presence of the room is what makes it work, but missing here and there is expected and completely fine. You'll still get the community, the referrals, the spotlight benefit, and the relationships with the other women. Come when you can. We'll be glad to see you.

For the therapist who is also a mother.
Also a business owner. Also a human being who deserves a room of her own.
